District Council Annual Meeting to elect new officers, approve the new district alignment and other official district business. All Club Presidents and Vice Presidents Education plus members of the District Executive Committee are expected to attend and vote while all other members are welcome to attend and watch. The events on Day 4 include the District Table Topics Contest and a special educational session by Improv Asylum. Contestants and contest officials may need to join early as instructed by the Contest Chair or Chief Judge.To attend in person at Dassault Systèmes in Waltham, you can either register and pay $15 for dinner or register for free without dinner. Hear the 8 Division contest winners face off in the International Speech Contest for the chance to represent District 31 at the Regional Video Quarter Finals. Please note that there are separate Zoom meetings for the morning sessions and the Hall of Fame recognition ceremony.
