Club Officer Training Incentive
Trained club officers can result in more satisfied members, more exciting club meetings, and more new members. Attending training also helps leaders meet new people and become more confident in their leadership role, leading to a more positive personal experience.
The 15 clubs with the highest average total training time per club officer (minimum 3 hours/officer) who get credit for at least 4 officer roles in the DCP goals will receive reimbursement for 6-months of Zoom access (or an equivalent prize).
*If a single member holds multiple officer roles, that member’s attendance will count for each of the roles they hold for the purposes of DCP goal credit. The average training time is calculated based on unique club officers.*
**Clubs can win this incentive in each training season (summer + winter)**
