Christine Lewis, DTM

District Director

Hi, my fellow Toastmasters.
It is my honor to serve you as the Program Quality Director of District 31.

It is my personal initiative to provide access to the tools that our leaders and members need to complete their personal development goals and to transition to Pathways to continue their journey.

As a Solution Architect and Cyber Security Leader for a medium-sized insurance company, leadership and communication are critical. Much of my career has been in Information Technology, I also enjoy training and coaching others.

I was an unlikely Toastmaster when a peer brought me to my first meeting in 2011. I was terrified. Less than a year later, after finding my voice, I chartered my home corporate club and completed my first Competent Communicator award. The journey has been fun and rewarding.

My leadership skills grew as I advanced from club officer to Area Director to Division Governor and now to your Program Quality Director. It’s an exciting time at Toastmasters with the new Pathways Education rolling out. Modernization of many of the projects offers more opportunities for our members to grow in this digital world without losing track of foundational communication and leadership skills.

Join me as we discover new paths and let’s make this a fun year!
