Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) – Club Officer Training
We are here to support your Toastmasters leadership journey!
Toastmasters Leadership Institutes (TLIs) are free live virtual training events run by the District to provide Club Officers with the knowledge and tools they need to keep their clubs healthy and successful.
Trained club officers can result in more satisfied members, more exciting club meetings, and more new members. Attending training also helps leaders meet new people and become more confident in their leadership role, leading to a more positive personal experience.
Registration for the Winter 2020-21 TLI season is now open.
About TLI - Club Officer Training
District 31 Virtual TLIs are free of charge and open to all Toastmasters members — whether you are currently a club officer, you are interested in becoming a club officer, or you just like networking with fellow Toastmasters!
TLIs are conducted in two biannual cycles — in the summer (June-August) and the winter (November-February). Clubs with at least 4 officer roles trained in both the summer and the winter will earn credit toward the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).
Our TLIs vary with different focuses within each season and from season-to-season. They will include a variety of presentations and breakout sessions to keep the material relevant and fresh, while still focusing on the core training needs for both new and experienced club officers.
